Funny thing is, it's like she knows my favorite color is green so she put on a green dress. I love my wife and wish to never to lose her. How should I handle this professionally?

1. This is not a "professional" matter.
2. Every time you have an encounter with your sister-in-law, make a comment - when it's just the two of you - about how happy you are with your wife and how you are both working to keep your relationship alive and strong. She will get the message.
