What should you say to a young beautiful woman who hates everything and is annoyed all the time?

Nothing. Dude, there isn't a single thing anyone can say to someone like that. Just stay away.

I've realized this firsthand; there's something extremely toxic and dangerous about dealing with a woman like that. Basically, the landmine (not even a red flag, just a landmine) is an extremely opinionated woman who is attractive enough to not have encountered real obstacles in life, but also not pretty enough to get her way all the time; smart enough to talk circles around most people, but not quite smart enough to really have a proper debate; and under the impression she has the moral high ground because she thinks her ideas are the correct response to the injustice of the world.

I swear, every woman I've encountered like this is just the worst...

Find out what’s bothering her get to the bottom of it find a solution for her problems. Tell her to keep your head up be positive stay positive and think positive and change her life around and if it was my girlfriend, I would work with her online and face to face and build her up, show her that I love her and help her out with her problems 100% until she’s cured. Nothing as she obviously has psychological issues that need to be addressed. She should get counseling, but that is not your responsibility. She needs to want to get better and has to take the steps to get there on her own. Don't get involved as you can't fix her and may get sucked into the vortex yourself. If she isn't willing to get help that is not on you. She will most likely take things out on all around her, including you if she hasn't already. A word to the wise is sufficient in these cases.

She might just be moody type or going through bad situations. Anyways try to ask her once if everything is okay with her then if she gets angry about it don't talk to her again and protect yourself from these kind of people.
