Girl's Behavior

Why is she acting like this?

My female friend been so touchy with me a lot and she don’t even do it to her other guy friends. She will randomly sometimes come up to me without saying a word just a big smile waving. When she’s with her other female friends she’s the only one that says hi to me like at one at their volleyball games she waved and said hi (my name) and I see her teammates giggling from it. Like one time me and my roommate was coming back to campus from shopping and the girl was jogging with her team and she stopped and waved at me when we drove by.
Why is she acting like this?
