Ight so I been crushing on the lady at my leasing office the whole time I been here right? I asked her out two days ago since my lease will be up in 2 months. She said “I’m not allowed to date residents and later would be a better time”.. do you think that’s a good or bad sign? Do you think she was rejecting me nicely?

She's telling you the rules she has to abide by. I would take it as neutral for now. The only thing I can suggest is maybe saying when I am done leasing would you like to grab a coffee or something. If she still shies away from committing then you have your answer. Of course two months is a long ways off to commit to something so better to ask like the last week.
