telling people to stop being little bitches and that its not emasculating to express emotions other than anger isn't telling anyone to be feminine by the way.

Who tells men that?
Have you ever had the term men should cry more and be more vulnerable? There's literally a term called toxic masculinity where women believe masculine is bad. Even though a dike is just a super masculine woman.
That’s not what toxic masculinity means. It means there are some toxic things that a society may deem as “masculine”. For example: aggression, not crying, limited self expression, etc.
