I got this coworker. She's always been polite , but our conversations were always work related. Recently tho she’s been a lot friendlier with me. For example she started greeting me by my name, which she never used to do before. I have always greeted her by her name tho and at one point I thought she just didn’t know mine cause she never used it.
Another thing is she’s been asking me questions about my personal life. Like what I am studying and what I did before this job, etc…
I’m guessing she’s into me. I don’t ask her questions about her personal life cause I am not interested and not trying to lead her on

It's possible that she is into you. What is more likely though is that she is finally comfortable opening up and learning more about you since she works with you. Coworkers over time just get more comfortable and start to be more informal with each other because that is just a nicer work environment than being so about business all the time. It makes the days easier and a little less stressful if there is more of a friend vibe than strictly business.
