I just had a disagreement with a girl on here, she lashes out at me calls me an incel then blocks me from replying. Classic female interaction. Women have zero emotional control.

Being a good leader is a masculine quality which is why men need to lead women and in business.

Women are manipulated, emotionally weak, controlled and brainwashed easily. It’s harsh but it’s true, you have a far greater role of giving life then being bitter at the truth your whole life.

Who ever is most assertive and can make decisions well should lead a group of people. Not every group is the same. Sometimes you have a group of all women. In that case a woman needs to take charge and lead the group. Sometimes you have a woman with two little kids... In that case the woman (mother) needs to lead the children. Men have better leadership skills on average, but men aren't always around, and sometimes weak indecisive men are the only one in a group. Generally when there is a group, a leader will arise and show themselves. Whoever it is, it is... It's as simple as that.

@butterly248 Let me explain. Men and women have different strenghts and therefor are better suited in different areas.

Men are better as protectors, they are better with physical labor. Women have great strenght in patients in kids (we are the center we raise the future). Women have a beautiful strenght where we will risk getting sick taking care of someone we love.. men dont have that.

I'm general women don't make good leaders as they tend to wildly over compensate. Women think they want leadership roles until they actually get one and realize the toll it can take. Men tend to be much more resilient mentally and more decisive, which is why men dominate leadership positions.

Women want men to lead. The problem is when their guy let's it go to their head. "You are to be seen and not heard" mindset is what's off putting. Any women with self respect isn't going to let you lead if how they act. Or if they are stupid/unreliable.
