No I wouldn´t say it that way because not all guys are natural leaders either. I would agree that many women aren´t good leaders because they have a hard time making hard decisions though.
I have experience with women being good and being bad leaders but that´s also the case with men.

In general men are better leaders because we take more risk and aren't afraid to offend people at the cost of being risky. Women are afraid of confrontation and most will avoid it. Men dont like confrontation either but will stand up to it and stand their ground

No as a blanketed observation but as a general rule I agree.

This is one of the common reasons some morons want to end the vote for women because they naturally want to follow and vote for the government to replace the husband and father of the homes while men want the government to stop interfering with their ability to provide for their family.
