Science say women are superior leaders and why do people not believe in it?

Research shows that women excel as leaders because women's brains are wired for empathy, communication and critical thinking, men's brains is focused on sex, which may limit their effectiveness in leadership roles.

Studies reveal that women score higher in essential leadership qualities, outperforming men in 17 out of 19 competencies, such as resilience and initiative.

All his has been proven by science but why do people especially men disagree with that? Why would people disagree with science? Is it because males envy natural female supremacy? I accept women being higher than men and I support them always.

Yes, studies show women often excel in empathy, resilience, and initiative which are important traits for any leader worth their salt. But boiling down male leadership issues to just being “focused on sex” oversimplifies and frankly, sells men short too.


Effective leadership includes capability, adaptability, and the drive to inspire and lead change, which are qualities that both men and women possess.


Some parts of society are uneasy about female leadership because they are uncomfortable with the change that disrupts the traditional power play and the roles they’re accustomed to.

I meant the fact that our male brains are focused on sex and aggression more than women is one proof that men are not meant to be leaders. Women are. I speak this from my own (and other males ) experience because in my mind I am more obsessed in sex and pleasing women than thriving like women can. I believe in that case, it is only natural to say that males purpose in life is to provide as much sex and serve women to make women happy and push even further beyond. Women are born leaders and I always view women as superior and higher and have so much respect for them because of their determination, ambition and the fact that women create life. Girl power!

But , Margaret Thatcher was great for Britain , not so much about her gender , but how she handled the situation , I think better than most men , to close those completely inefficient Coal mines in the North ( basically , loosing money and costing lives ) was brilliant , before its time , and she stood up to them with Gusto.

However , the last thing the USA needs is for this current nutcase to be successful , if you are indirectly referring to that.

Such measures are subjective: making decisions can be good or bad, diversity can be good or bad. All I know is, historically societies where women had more leadership rules like the Iroquois didn't advance nearly as much as patriarchal ones.
