No that would typically mean the exact opposite. There will be other signs than just that though dude. She gotta look somewhere right? You don't give context so really hard to say it means anything at all. Does she flirt with you? Talk to you? Like is there anything other than eye contact? I'd be looking for other signals that she is into ya. Eye contact doesn't mean she doesn't like you though.
