I’m just confused by her response.
DOES shaving my whole body make me feminine and a real women or what?
Thanks for reading
There is MUCH, MUCH more to being a woman than simply shaving your hair. That would be like thinking that if a 14 year old boy drives a pickup truck, that makes him a man.
Shaving is one thing that feminine women do, but that is not what makes them feminine. It is an attitude, a concern for maintaining appearance, a way of behaving, and other things that are earned with experience.
Most teen girls are in a hurry to become women and they leave their childhood too early, but a 15 year old girl trying to act like a woman is not a woman; she is only a 15 year old girl trying to act like a woman. You will gradually become a woman, so try to be patient with the process and it will happen. In the meanwhile, enjoy being a kid while you can.
I’m 17 haha, I’m almost an adult.
Your mother basically means that you can't base your gender and femininity on the amount of your body hair - or in this case, on the opinion of a rando on the internet. A woman with leg hair is as much of a woman who shaves regularly. It comes down to preference. If you like to shave, you do you, but if you don't that is fine as well.
Whenever someone goes " REAL MEN DON'T..." or "REAL WOMEN DO...", it's always based on that persons very individual criteria, while it won't be true for others. Ultimately, this isn't a healthy thing to do because it erases the individual nuances by claiming that their personal opinion is a universal truth - when it isn't. So long story short: That opinion you read is just one of many different opinions on the internet and that person doesn't decide what makes a woman a real woman.
Women never shaved anything for 100s of years.
I think your mother is right about this. There are women I've found still very attractive even though they have more hair on their body. If I'm attracted to the person, hair isn't going to change my mind.
And to me, a "real woman" is just one born as a female. Doesn't have to be so complicated.

It's true that body hair is most often considered to be a masculine trait. So, inversely, it's considered to be more feminine if you shave. However, having one or two feminine traits doesn't make someone a "real" woman. However, different people also have different criteria for what it takes to be a "real" man or woman.
What I mean to say is that it's more complex than any one thing you can point out. What does it mean to you?
I think in my opinion, to be a real women is to feel feminine and be feminine
Your mom is right. Shaving or not shaving does not make you less or more woman. But i'd recommend you to shave, because men find this more attractive and woman is considered as one having good hygiene habits. Shave.
Honestly just do what makes you feel feminine and good about yourself. If you like the way you feel when you shave then do that if you like how you feel when you don’t then don’t. How you feel is what matters
It doesn't makes you a real woman but for sure makes you feminine, even though i don't like a woman to always shave down there, prefer that she trims it especially in winter
It's up to you. Be your own woman. Nothing wrong either way 🙂
Personal grooming routines have no bearing on your feminity.
Whole body? Do women even have hair on their whole body that would require shaving? NO.
Men have lot of body hair on almost whole body, so it's men who need to shave their whole body to be aesthetic and charming, neat n tidy.
Do real women have hair?
Yes, their hair is their real vagina, its why shaving makes her not a woman anymore. 😂
The questions I see on here sometimes are just too much.
@TheSpaceGnome Yeahhh.
she’s wrong
No, you are! 😏
Ahhh 😁
It doesn't matter
Women should shave
But women who don't shave are still real woman, they just aren't attractive ones.
Attractive to you, beaches 🖕😎
You know how when you go to respons to a question, it says "add opinion" that's because the site is asking for your opinion. So yes, in my opinion, women who don't shave are unnatrivce.
So congrats for pointing out the obvious, I guess.
If you like women, more power to you. I don't shame people for their preferences because I'm not a weirdo
Being a woman with hair, or liking a woman with hair, is not weirdo.
There are more weirdos without hair. Chiwaka girl is nicer.
That isn't exactly what I said, but women not shaving is going against so the norm, so technically it is considered werid. If something is uncommon, it's werid.
But again, that isn't what I said. I said YOU having a problem because I have a personal preference that differs from yours is werido behavior.
To dumb it down more for you... I'm not worried about what does or doesn't make your dick hard, so don't worry about what does or doesn't make my dick hard.
I'm worried when the norm is poo.
It's not about hair, but about everyone being sheep and shaving to look either like OnlyFan beaches or children.
And then someone smarter coming and saying that whoever that doesn't do that is ugly.
"I'm worried that the norm is poo" sucks for buddy, you don't get to have in what other people find attractive.
If some women dont want to shave, that's their business, but men do not have to find them attractive. You aren't as important as you think you are, and nobody gives a fuck about how you feel about it.
And you're the only one bringing children into it. I like adult women who shave. End of story.
Women also think it's werid/unnatrivce when men shave their legs, and that's also fine.
And what does an "onlyfans" girl look like? Lol any woman can do onlyfans, I'm sure some who don't shave have an account.
