I don't know if I should respond to her or not?

So about a week ago she left me and blocked me but last night she texted me saying she’s sorry for hurting me over and over and that she’s been going through something and hope all is well and I don't know if I should respond or not I feel bad if I don’t but I also don’t know if I should because I still love her and can’t tell if she’s just being nice or wants me to feel bad for her and take her back

Be strong and don’t respond. She’s repeatedly shown her inability to treat you right, and it would not be any different if you gave her another opportunity. I know the end is hard as hell, you have hope the person will change and some days it can feel unbearable to be without them. This is for the better though, and if I were you I would not give her another opportunity to hurt and disappointment me. If she’s really got things going on then she needs to leave you alone so she can get her shit together rather than treat people like you as a punching bag.
