How do pregnant women stay full?

I’m 10 weeks pregnant and I’m hungry all the time. What can I do to stay full? Please help!

Eat more. Listen to those cravings. It's your body telling you what you're missing. Even if it's weird. Like hot sauce on ice cream

I eat more, but at times I feel bloated like a beach ball and can't imagine eating. Especially later. I am about the same now on my third and I am literally wanted to gnaw on a slab of ribs.

Eat fruits, nuts, vegetables in between meals.. crackers are a nice little snack too
