Yeah why not make a move? If she is nice to you and more so than other people then she might have a thing for you. Flirt with her and see if she flirts back. Then you will know you are safe to ask her out. I don't see any reason stopping you from making a move. What's the worst that can happen? She says no and then you know she isn't interested and you move on.
Flirt with her and show some interests in her. If she likes you, then she will respond.
