If she is online on whatsapp but doesn't reply to me is she not into me?

I've been talking to this girl but recently, I've seen that she's been online and has logged in but hasn't replied to my texts when in the past she did. When she does reply she sends on average 7 texts which can be quite long, and she always sends lots of emojis but I think thats just what she's like.

I don't want to just become someone she texts when she is bored because I genuinely like her a lot. What should I do?

Okay so the emoji part means nothing. So that's out of the way. Maybe she logs in but doesn't actually do anything else until she has time. Sometimes I'll read a text message but not have time to respond to it if I'm on the go. I do respond when I have the time. The fact that she does take the time to write long messages would tell me she is into you in some way or why waste any time at all? I think you are over thinking this a bit. If she didn't wanna talk to you she wouldn't at all.

It’s so deceiving to look at the online or last seen notification. I was in the same room as my friends with benefits and it said he had last seen WhatsApp hours ago but I just got a message from him on it. Don’t get caught up in that or you will go crazy.
