I was talking to this girl I met on OkCupid few a couple days and we exchanged contact information. We’ve been texting each other back and forth throughout the day. She’ll call me things like “cutie” and use cute emoticons like :3 (not emojis). I thought things were going great and we’ve even talked about playing video games together. Yesterday when I brought up that we’ll most likely have to call in order to play together she sent me a voice message so I sent one back and she said “awe cute”. I texted her saying thank you and complimenting her voice as well. Then I texted good night, but didn’t get a response. So I texted her good morning, but still no response. I don’t. Know if I should text her again to see how she’s been doing today or wait for her to reply to me? What should I do?

Dude, I wouldn't stress too much just yet. It's only been a day without a response. Girls can be flakey sometimes, ya know?

A few things could be going on - She could just be busy and not glued to her phone. Work/school/life happens. OR she may be hesitant to keep chatting if she's not fully feeling the connection yet. Online dating can be weird like that.

I'd say wait another day or two, and if still nothing, then a casual follow up text wouldn't hurt. Something like "Hey, hope all is well your end. Let me know if you wanna chat again some time." Keep it light and don't come on too strong.

The good sign is she hasn't deleted her profile yet. As long as she's still on the app, the door's not fully closed. Give her some space, focus on your stuff for now, and see what happens. If she's interested, she'll get back. If not, her loss - on to the next! Stay positive bro.
