That's her way of saying there's no potential for a relationship or more-
Basically she's ending things with you as nicely as possible- which is GOOD. Better for her to be upfront with you now, than lie or play games only to hurt you later.

It means that your relationship, or dates, aren’t going in the direction that she was hoping they’d go in, and she doesn’t see the point in continuing to waste both her time and yours.
