Pretty young lady sits alone?

There this pretty young lady that lives across from my building that is always sitting outside by herself. I want to approach, but dont know how to go about it. I see this on a regular basis that she's outside sitting alone with her phone. I'm just surprised by this.

Lol she might be sitting alone cause she actually WANTS TO BE ALONE. I personally as a girl know how annoying it can be when all I wanted was to have a moment to chill alone and here comes some dude asking for my number. 🙄 but approach at your own risk. If you do approach her then u gotta be real careful not to come off like a creep or kidnapper. Don’t walk up too close to her until she seems ok with your approach. I know I’ve been in situations where I was sitting alone at the park and some dude walked up on me and he was a little Too much in my personal space. All I wanted was for him to Leave. Be respectful!
