I'd rate myself a sigma male. Since I have to have a team to implement my oddball ideas/designs I have to be able to team lead.

If people don't think there is a sigma archetype I don't care what you think.

Beta guys get an undeserved bad rap for being a 2 in charge type. Some Alphas are good but a lot are crap because they try to tell people what to do and can't in fact lead.

Why you say that? I think a lot of people fit the description not because its good or usefull but because its vague, therefore i dont feel i can disprove it. Cuz no matter how useless its still true
