Im in a boy sport team and they doesn't seem to care at all about being naked while im there. are all boys are like that?

Actually, it may surprise you. I was recently at a concert when three girls came into the men’s washroom during an intermission to avoid the women’s line up. The guys were amused but not bothered in the slightest. The girls were kind of shocked (and a bit drunk). Their banter between themselves was a riot. Evidently, we’re ready for gender neutral washrooms…

I don't understand why you can't be out of the area when they are changing. I used to coach both male and female athletes and was able to keep them separate.

Most of the team are ready and full dressed.. sometimes there is one late.. so still getting dressed while the coach is making the game plan and speeches

Well, you should talk to the coach or an assistant. It's a big time fail if any male is naked around a female in a sports environment.
