Girls, Why do girls tend to see guys going shirtless as a negative thing?

If a guy goes shirtless in public, even if he has a great body, lots of girls seem to get offended by it somehow. Like they'll give you crossways looks and even make comments to let you know they think you're a douche. Even girls who show tons of skin in tank tops and short shorts will get annoyed if they see a guy walking around shirtless. I used to do the backpack/shorts/no shirt look when I was in college just to see how many eye rolls I could get from girls. Do y'all think showing off the body is a feminine thing?

It totally depends on the guy. Some guys really should keep their shirts on lol. I will never complain about seeing a built guy walking around without a shirt, though. I think in your case, it's girls assuming that muscular guys are douchy players who think they're God's gift to girls. It can come across as arrogant when a built guy is strutting around with his chest puffed out and arms partially flexed.

Because we can't go shirtless because our breasts are considered to sexual.

But a fat saggy man, with man boob, s is considered perfectly fine and not an public nuisance.

It may make people feel awkward, or give them a false impression of a guy. I personally, would prefer for them to keep there shirt on, thats the same with girls wearing crops.
All my friends do it and it looks slutty.
