A girl on Facebook blocked me on messenger due to misunderstanding due to being my fault (accused her of things she was not) and didn't get a chance to tell her I like her. Regretting it now

Here's what I would do in this situation:
First off, don't beat yourself up too much man. We've all said or done stupid things when we like a girl. At least you realize where you messed up.
Now the trick is figuring out how to make it right. Since she blocked you on messenger, you can't exactly message her to apologize. I'd say your best bet is try talking to her in person if you see her around school.
If not, maybe you have a mutual friend you can ask to pass along a note for you. Keep it short - something like "I'm really sorry about what I said, I didn't mean to accuse you. Can we talk?"
The key is being honest about owning your mistake. No excuses. And make it clear you just want a chance to properly explain yourself and apologize in person.
She may still be pissed, but at least you tried to make amends. Ball's in her court then whether she'll listen or not. Just learn from this for next time - watch what you say to a girl you like! Everything will work out man.
Try to contact her another way and explain yourself.
