in my last year of highschool one of my female teacher i had a crush on her.

over the years i sent her messages on facebook she never responded one time i was drunk & lonely at told her about the crush i had on her that was years ago that i sent that message.

i sent her a message a few weeks ago & just said this its chris my sincere apologies if i wrote you too much. I'm going through a very difficult time in my life. just wanted to be honest.

she wrote me back today saying Hey Chris I hope everything is ok i'm just in shock that she wrote me back.

Yo dude, I wouldn't read too much into her messaging back. Teachers aren't supposed to engage with students like that, even past graduates.

She was probably concerned considering the nature of your message and the fact that you were intoxicated. That saying never drunk dial applies to texts and social media. Always a bad idea. I think probably after you said you were going through a difficult time she thought to reach out was best. Her natural teacher instinct kicked in. It isn't really weird at all for her to just say she hopes things are alright with you. I think that is genuine concern most likely.
