Are strippers "objectified"?

I've heard some say they are, while others say they aren't. You might say they are, because guys are just treating them like they're a piece of meat (used). But, some people say they're not because, they're just doing their job, and, it's not like the guys don't try and at least talk to them before, during and or after it. It's just, most of the time, the girl is pretending to be something she's not, unless you can somehow get her to be her real self (which can be tricky to do)

I read a reddit somewhere about a girl who's boyfriend had an uncle who owned and operated a club. He wanted her to help out, and she's like "no, it objectifies women". Is she right?

The point of the club is, it's basing it on what they're NOT wearing, basically, right?

The job of a stripper is to use your body and to make people into your body (therefore objectifying it) to push the "customers" to then spend money on them.
Most jobs don't actually require you to objectify yourself/your own body to get purchases.

They're just there to do a job. Although, some do it just because they like showing off their body.
