Fuck no. In fact, if I like him, my heart is on the line, along with my sense of self respect. I'll hold him to an even HIGHER standard.

What!!! You never like someone before? Everyone feels differently you need to understand yourself.
Sorry I read wrongly, smile at him, be positive and approachable, he will feels easy with you around and things will happens naturally.
But for me personally those are just my traits of being a kind person. I act just like that, smiling, easily approachable, very positive, I do playful pushes or touches. Do men really interpret these things as interest? Not asking in a rude way, I just recognize these are my qualities and I’d feel guilty knowing this is how it’s perceived.
Your traits are good. Most girls I met all shy and uptight, very hard to communicate with.
