Dude that's a tricky one. On one hand, she's definitely boosting your confidence hard with all those compliments... but friendzoning you at the same time, which is mega confusing!

Honestly it kinda seems like she likes the validation of making you feel good about yourself, but either doesn't see you that way romantically or isn't tryna make a move.

Girls sometimes say stuff like that without thinking about how it'll come across to a guy. Like maybe she sees you as a buddy she can hype up without it meaning more.

I'd try flirting back a little next time and see how she responds. Like say something like "yeah? well you're pretty fine yourself!" and see if she plays along or gets awkward.

That might help you get a read on if she's actually into you or just wants to be buddies. If she ain't reciprocating the flirting, she prob just trying to build your confidence up as a pal.

But don't lose hope - sometimes it just takes more time! Keep doing your thing and maybe it'll develop. Or maybe it's time to start looking elsewhere too, ya feel me? Gotta look out for number one.
