I don't have a brother. I will honestly say that I have never noticed a friend doing this. Maybe they are just really decreet when they do it? Sorry but I have to ask how often that needs adjusting and for what purpose? If I did see someone doing that it would be awkward. I really don't need to see a dude moving his junk around for whatever reason. I guess if you have to do it then do it in private like most things involving genitals.

It depends on a person to person, plus what of clothing is a man wearing and also on the fact that how much is he running or walking.
I would say at least 2-3 times a day in adjusting.
I think it is easier to say that they can wait and do it privately as it could quickly become very painful. Ask how painful? well the ball sack can get caught in the underwear lining or maybe is getting rubbed somewhere else.
In case of scratching men generally doesn't "scratch" it rather they 'pinch and twist' or smoothly 'rubs it'.
and yeah, men generally are not adjusting junk all the time but the ''balls'' most of the time.

Pretty rare tbh. Once I have my bra straps right I don't mess with them. Now the same cannot be said for strapless where I am constantly pulling it up because it feels like it is falling down. Hate those. Luckily rarely ever need to wear one.
