How do you handle female emotional outburst?

It really depends. Some women you can talk down off the ledge so to speak. Some women want to stay in their feelings. If that's the case there's nothing you can do but remove yourself. Both genders can be irrational. But women have a tendency to be emotional more often. Guys should ALWAYS remember they're the logical one. Never let a woman who's acting irrational pull you into some nonsense. Rise above it!

When that’s happened before I would either remove myself from the situation or if I feel the need to just remove their hands from me

I’ve learned it’s best not to match that emotional level, instead remain calm as whatever they are feeling tends to pass
