This girl keep shushing me, what to do?

OK, so me and this girl talk a lot but we seem to get into a lot of silly arguments that just go on and on. Sometimes when I make my point and she has no way of coming back, she'll SHUSH me really obnoxiously, like putting her finger across her mouth and making this prolongued SHHHHH sound. According to her, she is a very mature individual and I'm immature, but isn't her behavior a bit childish? Ever since I told her that she should stop doing it, she does it more and more (I was playing with her, I don't really mind it, I just find it funny that such a "mature" woman relies on that kind of behavior). She only acts like this towards me and nobody else, she is usually very nice to others, what's going on in her head to provoke such behavior.
