I'd categorize the question this way. I was always looking for a romantic relationship. I wasn't seeking a one night stand or hook up.

Anyone I was going to commit to and was going to be "special" to me, I wanted a modest, classy girl.

If I didn't give a rats ass and just wanted some easy sex then I wouldn't care. Her dressing like a tramp indicates she is into casual sex and she shows enough skin for men to know what her body looks like.

I am not an animal defined and controlled by primal instincts, and I don't want those instincts to get in the way of numerous more important things in my life. Modesty also significantly decreases the risk of promiscuity. Thus, as I want to have a stable family in the future and not a shabby one based on primal instincts, I would definitely choose a modest girl over an immodest one.

Personally I prefer the style where its a nice balance between the two, so fully clothed but with for example a V neck. Basically a teaser of whats underneath but not explicit. So not those super slutty outfits, but if a girl wants to wear a tank top or a short dress with V-neck during a hot summer day I am all for it.
