I'd want him to post naturally? Like just post what he wants, what inspires him, what interests or excites him, whatever. The turn off would be if it seemed like he was trying to project a specific and unnatural vibe. "Look at me, I'm such a cool car guy!", "Look at me, I'm such a popular party guy!". If he actually loves cars or parties that's fine, but I don't want him to fake it to seem cooler or more attractive.
Although I'd also never expect a guy to have an active Instagram page anyway. It's not a turn off if he does, I'd just be surprised to see it.
I would lose all interest in a heartbeat for any guy who has an Instagram.
