Why is that upon Adult age women generally becomes "uncool " and "cranky" while, men kind of develops to be funny and light?

i think we're more pressured to be more mature than dudes at a younger age, so that can translate into some girls acting too grownupy, serious and not being so chill anymore maybe?

i'm the same age as you basically and i'm not like that at all. i'm still pretty chill and i'm not trying to act all serious and mature

hmm, I don't think that growing up could be a reason though. As it could be said about men too, that they are grown up told not to show their feeling and be more composed.

I'm never cranky and I don't think I'm uncool at all. None of my friends are cranky or uncool either.
