Have you ever did anything outside your comfort zone and what would that be? ?

Oh yeah. Quite a few things. Some I don't really want to mention. One thing I will mention is getting into a cage in the ocean with sharks. I was visiting a friend and her hubby booked us this tour? I guess that is what they called it. Anyway they took us out on this boat and plopped a bit metal cage in the water. Three people at a time would get fitted up with a wetsuit and tank and then climb in that thing from the top. Then the a-holes on the boat would throw cut up fish in the water which attracts... you guessed it... huge ass sharks. Now I don't know if this was true but I don't doubt it. They said the one we saw was 12' long. I was scared out of my mind.

I have done a few things. I expressed my feeling to a girl which was one that I think of. I stood up to my old boss as well. I thought I was going to get fired. I am afraid of heights and every time I go up in an elevator it is scary.

done a few on purpose. generally went well... it's all growth.

In fact, I at times still do this... but my comfort zone is much broader than when I was your age.

just be smart about it and take the lessons.

Yeah public speaking and leading meetings/teams at work. It's uncomfortable because I had to be formal and fake.
