The prolonged ones might be a challenge for me. There are quick thrills and there are slogs like trying to endure a broken arm in the jungle while eating bugs. I always found my weaknesses lie in those prolonged challenges. I can't rely on adrenaline for that.
I broke my arm at a skateboarding competition long ago and I not only continued and finished the competition but won first place. Then I drove myself home with one arm but then I turned baby curling in the fetal position for the whole week until I finally drove myself to the hospital with one arm.
I'm not very manly about the prolonged types of pain. I can't rely on adrenaline for that. So I think the adventurous things I'd become uncomfortable doing would be ones that require me to suffer like this for long periods of time.

for me being (somewhat) in control... could be rally racing off-road in the snow, I've done it before without it and I almost hit a tree with enough speed, adding snow would be a dream but also risky
if others (professionals that know what they're doing) are in control of the calculated risks... then I would be up for many things, jumping off planes, exploring in the wilderness, even storm-chasing... lol
there is one thing I would never do though... and that is, deep diving into caves underwater, not even with the most prepared and ready, experienced professionals, I would not even sign-up for the training and practice... lmao
Yea im definitely not adventurous unless its being sexual in public. I guess the most I’d do is travel to AU (the only country i really care to temporarily leave the states for). I’d like to learn to surf while there. I’d also like to snowboard. I used to wanna try skydiving but i’ll certainly pass on that. I've never been into bungee jumping, rockclimbing, ziplining, camping nor snorkeling.
Taking a bus home from the city all by myself at the age of 6,7 or 8…
my family told me… I don’t remember I did that. jumping off of a 7 feet high railing at age 40… hummm maybe I should call that stupid sigh 😔

Used to love roller coasters, now my back doesn't like them much at all 😟
Have been tempted by skydiving although again the back thing, same for bungee jumping. Maybe a hot air balloon though, never thought about doing it before, but it could be fun.
Used to go with a friend to navigate on road races, that was pretty exhilarating. Astronaut thing no, because of my phobias.
How about you?I'd love a ride on the backseat of a combat aircraft.
I almost got one once, but then ''my government'' cancelled the type of aircraft (F104), and I was... grounded :D
What I indeed did: caving (spelunking), alone. Gandalf was right: under the mountain there are many surprises waiting. We are all hurtling though space at about 66,000-67,000 mph (depending on source and rounding), so we are all kind of astronauts - - but I digress - -
I've already para-sailed and flown in a helicopter- pretty tame stuff.
And big steel coasters are no problem.
Maybe riding a motorcycle in the H-D parking lot?I've done a few stupid things in my time, haha. Crashed mountain bikes going downhill at 40 mph in Breckenridge Colorado, took a rusty old stock 66 Chevelle downhill at 150 mph with no power steering or power brakes in Washington, hiked into a canyon at night on acid and almost fell off a 100 ft. cliff onto rocks the size of Volkswagens in Azusa canyon, rode a jetski in a summer monsoon on lake Mead and almost got struck by lightning right in front of me, there's some other stuff too
Do a super high altitude freefall parachute jump from about 50,000' in a pressurized suit... and land on a cruise ship going to Alaska and after I've gotten some rest get dropped off and travel out to Kodiak Island in a kayak and camp and track Brown Bears and get some excellent pictures.
Umm... what's my actual budget?Sky diving would be the limit for me. Hot air ballooning is pretty safe. High speed mountain biking? Probably not, I've never done that before. My most recent adventure was aggressively riding a quad ATV on mountainous trails in West Virginia.
There are many things I want to try tbh. I find adrenaline activities very appealing 😂
I always wanted to try bungee jumping. Sky diving and kayaking seem fun too.For me, I'd probably say skiing a hard-leaning blue from summit to bottom at night. But then again that's more something I'm comfortable with rather than pushing the limit haha :)
For me the whole point of being adventurous is that I don't feel comfortable doing it.. I want to be out of my comfort zone, or I wouldn't class it as adventurous.
Mountain biking, running, and hiking is something that I do regularly, I also like playing sports like soccer, rugby, tennis, soft ball, basketball, etc.
I would also like to take up various activities such as: ice skating, skiing, snow boarding, and surfing someday, but I just haven't found the time yet.I would like to go skydiving. Seems really cool based on the videos I've seen.
Any of what you just mentioned, but no way would I be on the bridge in your picture. 😂
I like to do adventure realted to height like skydiving. Hot air balloon and many more cuz i have a height phobia and want to over come that fear. That would be great achievement for me.
All of the above. Anything that is decently safe and won’t take me away from my friends and family too long unless I die. Why not try it ya know
Anything to do with heights is out of bounds for me. It's not that I'm scared of heights it's being high makes everything spin.
I have always wanted to go skydiving, just once so I could brag about it. The hot air balloon would also be cool.
A balloon ride would be nice. I'm well past riding an off-road motorcycle, I don't jump out of perfectly good airplanes. I'm claustrophobic so riding in a titanium shell in the middle of space wouldn't be my preference.
I've gone skydiving before and would 100% do it again. So the limit is pretty high, no pun intended.
rode many roller coasters did hot air balloon shy diving once used to do crazy things on a bike but not an astronaut to old now to go in Outer space
