Why does she care who I date when she slept with someone else?

I have a work friend who sometimes flirts but says she's flirted with friends. We play argue and we’ve also drunkenly made out 4 times on one occasion. I initiated because I was celebrating something but she said she didn’t think I meant anything and it was platonic. She’s casually touched me and she’ll also linger over her shift over 35 minutes just to talk to me. I’ve had this long term interest in this lesbian and I always talk about her. My friend and i are both bisexual girls. We were talking about a trip she took where she slept with 2 guy friends and new years kissed some friends and then I was talking about how hot lesbians were because the convo segued into it and my friend was like “I’m going to a music festival in 3 months with friends”. My friend reconnected with a guy from out of town and has been sleeping with him and was telling me how she wanted to spend Saturday with him. She cut him off initially because she told me he gave her the “ick”. I brought up how excited I was to be invited to a classmates birthday and that I was hoping the lesbian girl would be there. My friend right after was like “that’s so cute it’s a tea party” then I said how my old classmate was going to help set me up with the lesbian and my friend was like “is she really?” Then I said I was hoping she would and immediately after my friend was like “oh I have to tell you some tea. My ex texted me”. I posted videos of the party and the day after my friend posted videos of the guy which she hasn’t done. At work I told her I had tea about the party and she said so did she but she let me go first and said she’d tell me hers tomorrow. I told her how I was getting close to the lesbian girl and asked my friend if she was happy for me and she said yeah enthusiastically then said “oh I might be cuffed now. Not officially but it’s heading there”. She told me she didn’t know if cuffed meant exclusive and he’s meeting her parents next week. Yesterday she told me they might be moving too fast.
