Someone explain why my landlord won’t kick out my flatmate Harassing me?

My housemate that I’ve lived with for a year now is noisy she won’t let me sleep make food popcorn microwave late at night 1-3am and keeps harassing me I’ve written to the landlord 5 times and I was given a warning?

Because it’s not that easy. From your dialect I’ll assume you’re from the UK or the general area. Not sure how they do it there, but first off do you have documentation? Like filming the roommate doing these things to you.
Second, you should look into breaking the lease yourself. Again, I don’t know how it is in the UK but in US there is a process through court of which you would go. For roommates, it’s kind of tricky. I would look and study the processing of your country for evictions or noise disturbances. Get documentation and go at it according to law if your landlord isn’t responding the civil way.

I have months of video records of her noise just not her in the video landlord gave me a warning?

I don’t have a lease I’m month to month but why should I have to move out when she’s the one harassing me and causing noise problems?

Because if you’re both paying rent you’re both reliable. The real world doesn’t work like this and you have to sometimes move with your best interest. It’s one thing if she’s in a completely different apartment because that is a separate lease but on the same lease it’s something you likely have to handle between you two. It’s not like the landlord chose you both to be roommates. If it’s a college assigned situation would also be the only other way.

Like I said, you need to look up the laws in your country. In USA if I have an issue with my roommate then I can’t ask her to leave as we are both on the lease, but I can take my evidence to the office to break my own lease. They can not remove her just because she is bothering me, especially if you signed a sublease or lease takeover. You need to realize this and start planning accordingly or you’ll just have to suck it up.
