My flatmate is loud I’m always recording her as soon as I hear her noise I come out my room and record her she went out side I came out my room every time she went outside and inside I’m come out my room she walks around apartment late at night I’m standing in my room door recording her as she walks by

Yeah so you really should talk to her first. I see in the other comment you haven't even brought this up to her. Why not? Maybe talking to her will resolve the issue and you can still live together rather than her being kicked out on the street. You wouldn't like if someone was sneaking around recording you would you? Depending on where you live it could also be against the law to record someoe without consent. I would be really careful with that.

At my apartment I have to hear my 55 year old neighbor and his 25 year old girlfriend alternate between screaming at eachother and fucking so hard the whole house shakes while I’m trying to sleep.
