I am a 16, M and we all drive to school together.. we do squeeze in a bit and she gets the most squished so she will put one of her legs on me or on my girlfriend. My friends have offered her to put her leg on them or sit on their lap and she sometimes does do it. They make sure she is also buckled as well.

First let me say that lapping up in a car is not safe. Not even for a short trip. That being said, when I was your age I once had 15 people piled into a 2 door Escort. It was 25+ years ago.

What that being said, I suggest trying to have your little sister in the lap a female. Your male friends could have the best of intentions, but a dick has it's own brain, if you know what I mean. The last thing you want is for your little sister to become curious because of an avoidable situation.

Would they be offering to let a dude sit on their lap like that? Most probably not. Obviously, the willingness has biological and sexual motivations in play whether they're actively trying to pursue that or not. Boys under 17 are super sensitive to proximity to females they find attractive. They most likely would not be willing to allow her to sit on their lap if she is ugly.
