Is it wrong of my friend (16, M) to sit my girlfriend down on his lap and give her a piggyback (18, F)?

She got injured badly and I was not there since it was his football practice and her cheerleader practice. She feel down as she is a flyer by accident. When I came in, she was bawling on his lap and holding onto him for support. He told me that he gave her a piggyback ride when she fell down.

She looked like she was in pain and he texted me what happened and to come. We are still in the gym and she cannot move.

Is it wrong of my friend (16, M) to sit my girlfriend down on his lap and give her a piggyback (18, F)?
