Why does a girl, who stares at me, get angry when she sees I'm not staring at her, and what should I do about it?

Never talked to her saw her last week than I saw her again today this week and she kept on looking at me and tryna get my attention and I could tell she would get mad cuz I didn’t look at her😂she was supposed to leave class at 11 cuz she came in at 10 but she stayed until the time I left which was around 12 as soon as I packed up to leave she did the exact same thing and followed right behind me it looked like she was trying to go up to me and talk to me but I left in a hurry cuz I had to do something, the thing about me is I don't know how to “love” or get or shown affection never had that cuz of my mom , was like this with every girl I was with I lowkey wanna talk to her and see wassup but I don't know what do I do? I don’t see her sgain until next week she seems cool af id rather have a friend rn than a girlfriend I’m saying this bc of the energy she was giving me I could tell she saw me a certain way and I don’t know how to approach her or talk to her.

yeah ik I’m 17 and she looked my age, it was just weird she was acting like a weirdo😂 kept on fidgeting and looking at me literally every couple seconds or minutes I swear to god until I left she followed me out, it would’ve been cool if she just talked to me or something and breaking the ice a bit but she was being weird.
