I know you can't vibe with anyone but I think it's very rude to completely refuse eye contact with only one particular person during the entire conversation or to only stare at one person when you're explaining something. This happens to me very often with people who barely know me and have no history of conflict with me. I'm not a creep who ingratiates himself to anyone and remain polite but distant at work. I'm not ugly, I dress well, I don't smell so why would women just collectively reject me from the start without getting to know me? Happens with a few men too but in general they are more open than women

Girl, I know it sucks to feel excluded like that. A few thoughts on why it may be happening:
- Competing for attention - Some women feel threatened by other attractive/put-together women and subconsciously shut them out to avoid comparison.
- Preconceived biases - Unfair as it is, things like race/looks sometimes lead to instant judgments before people get to know you.
- Introversion - Could be they're just shy and find it hard to make eye contact with new people in general until comfortable.
- Cliques can form - At work especially, people gravitate toward their usual friend groups without meaning to ignore others.
My advice would be to try not to take it personally. Keep being your polite, warm self. Over time as they see your character, hopefully they'll come around.
In the meantime, focus on building connections one-on-one with those more open to knowing you. Don't change yourself - your people will find you!
Chin up sis. You seem lovely and you've got this. Their ignorance of you says more about them. Stay positive 💕
Are you attractive? If you are, be prepare with other catty women being passive aggressive around you. They won’t admit it but if you behave in a good manner around them yet getting cold treatment, that’s the only reason, nothing else.
I don’t simply because the casualty count was too low. Terrorists look for mass casualties and spectacular events.
