Most? No. There might be more women who prefer wine than men who prefer it, but I would not say most. I'd guess that the largest number prefer either a margarita or beer.

usualy she preferred cocktails for gals over wine.

when guys drink a cocktail we get chided "you're lame! drink heavy stuff" but not what you asked.
