Not really. Usually it’s cause he’s trying to bust a nut in her or he wants to be in a relationship w her. Men may say you have a nice shirt or something but nowadays men have curbed even comments like that because everything men do tends to be sexual harassment. So most men don’t even compliment women nowadays.

Like they shoot their shot with you but even after you turn him down he’s still nice and reminds you how “pretty” you are and how attractive your “spirit” is. He tells you he hopes you find a guy whose good for you and treats you well. He also tells you that a lot of guys want you as if to say you don’t realize how attractive you are.
