Why she took that long to answer me?

Was once talking to this girl on snap, she took 7 hours to open it and answer, why, did she does it on purpose or was actually busy?

She was probably busy as you have guessed. I'm not sure what time of day this was but if it is during the day she may have had school or work or whatever it is she does during the day. Maybe she is also the type like a lot of people that don't check their social that often and wait until the end of the day when they have some time. I don't really look at this as a big deal or any sorta indication about how she feels about you if that is what you are wondering. Don't sweat the small things and this is what I would consider the tiniest of "small things".
