Hmm that's weird sis. A few possibilities:

- She might still have some jealousy or issues with you from last year and is trying to psyche you out/assert dominance by staring you down.

- It's possible she secretly does like you but because of the past drama, is too prideful to admit it or be nice now so she just stares lol.

- She could be looking at you just to check you out/think you're cute without meaning anything by it. Some girls do that without realizing.

- Or she might just be really insecure herself and stares at others a lot without it specifically being about you.

The fact she had drama with you before makes me think it's still some underlying jealousy or competitiveness on her part. I wouldn't engage or stare back - that'll just give her what she wants.

Keep doing your thing sis! Confidence is the best response. Hopefully she'll get over herself eventually so the vibe at work ain't weird. But you don't need that kinda energy anyway!
