The warning was a message from an anonymous number saying:
1. She started dating a guy while she was separated from her ex-husband
2. Her brother is involved in criminal assault
regarding #1, she admit this is true and she regrets it
regarding #2, she says her brother is innocent and was falsely accused
I have strong feelings for this girl but I feel these are big issues and they concern me especially worried about loyalty from first story. How should I go forward?

Dang bro, that's some heavy stuff to get a warning about. Here's what I'd do:
- Talk to the girl again and really listen to her side. Watch her reactions when you bring it up. Is she honest and upfront?
- Maybe ask her family/friends about the brother situation too. An objective view could help see through the BS.
- Look at how she's acted with you so far. Has she been loyal and trustworthy? That's a sign character-wise.
- Think long-term - these kinds of issues could cause drama down the road if not handled right.
- Trust your gut. If red flags are going off in your head, better to end it before catching feelings more.
- On the other hand, people deserve second chances if they've learned from mistakes. So don't write her off totally yet.
Take your time deciding. This could be nothing, but cover your bases man. At the end of the day, you gotta feel comfortable moving forward with her.
You'd have to make the decision knowing this new knowledge if it's worth your time, if you believe in second chances then I guess this would be her second chance, personally I believe in second chances but there's some things that shouldn't have a second chance and I believe when it comes to disloyalty or breaking the trust during a commitment isn't one of those things, if you truly believe she will not make the same mistake again and you are willing to give her a chance then by all means I wish you the best on it bro but I personally believe in once a cheater, always a cheater and that's cause I don't give anyone the chance to prove themselves otherwise.
Doesn’t sound bad.
