Why do some women treat guys they don't find attractive rudely even when he hasn't done anything wrong?

This can be anything from the women giving odd looks of disgust to him when she glances at him, to not even looking at him when he asks for something or places a order, some women may hold the door open for anyone else but him, and even when walking past fast to try to avoid him she nearly pushes him out the way or runs over him. I seen this happen to one of the guys I work with from multiple women and not just one time.
It's almost like some reason you have to look a certain way for some women to even treat you decently. Do you know why that is?

Just bec you didn't see or heard from it happening doesn't mean it doesn't exist. I and some other friends were really mean to a girl back in school which I am sorry for in a hindsight.

Another day a friend of mine outright refused to hug a girl in a social setting bec he found her disgusting (she wasn't smelling just ugly) and litterary avoided her it was kinda awkward later he told me his reason in secret.

Hmm I see but I'll give you a scenario, let's say the guy is walking his way to the bathroom in a mcdonalds completely minding his business not wearing anything offensive no tattoos, no child, not doing anything offensive or creepy but two women come out the women's bathroom next to the men's bathroom and while he's just opening the door the women say ew and shake their head while they glance at him..
Is that called for? is that a necessary thing to do? Is him minding his business opening the door to go to the bathroom seen as creepy or unnatractive?
