My coworker said having adhd for kids is redflag? Is she right?

I wouldn't put too much stock in your coworker's opinion. Kids with ADHD thrive when their parents make accommodations and don't define them by it either. As long as any potential future parent is proactively managing their own wellbeing, that's what's best for kids. Don't rule anyone out based on a label alone, ya know?
