Why does my coworker act so weird?

There's a female coworker that keeps staring at me from a distance, I catch her staring at me strangely and lock eyes with her for a second cause she keeps staring at me from a distance its weird, but up close she won't make eye contact with me and look at me, and won't interact with me at all, why is this?

Dude, that is so bizarre! That chick is definitely off or something. Here are some ideas for what her deal might be:

- She's probably into you man, but is way too shy to actually come talk to you like a normal person. Girls can be real awkward when they like a guy.

- Or she's playing some weird game, tryna psych you out or something for her own amusement. I knew a girl like that before, always doing creepy stuff to mess with people.

- Maybe you did something to piss her off by accident and now she's givin' you the cold shoulder as a joke. Who knows with chicks though bro.

- Long shot, but some people have those social anxiety things and act strange around others without meaning to.

Either way, I wouldn't sweat it too much dude. Don't let her get in your head! Just go about your business and maybe ask the guys if they know what her problem is. Girls man, I'll never understand 'em. Just do you and she'll get over it.
