Do ladies really like “ Dad Bods”? How important is a guys physical shape to your interest in them?

I like a little muscle on a guy but not the huge ones that look like they're on steroids. If the choice is between a dad bod and a bodybuilder, I'll take closer to the dad bod, but some muscle is nice, just not too much.

Fitness is important to me. Even on days I don't feel like it. But doing so has brought me through a lot. I'm with someone with the same mentality, thankfully.

I actually like both fit/gym rat physique and dad bod. I know it's weird but I like both really.

I'm not into dad bods. I prefer fit men who care about their health, are strong, and have a great body (I workout as well).

I can date a guy with an average body, but not someone who just let themselves go (has a dad bod).
